DETERGENT and PREGNANCY. PLEASE ANSWER ASAP!!!?

My friend washes his dishes with detergent and regular dishwashing soap mixed. My dumb hubby miked up some nuggets in a bowl. I'm 3 months pregnant so is this bad and if so then, how bad?? This may sound like a stupid question but its NOT! I'm a first time mommy to be so give me a break!
