What should i do to get rid of this Acne?

so.. i'm 19 and i have been struggling with acne for about, since i was 14 it's been really bad. i still get break-outs. imma girl and i don't if it has to do with my period becuz when i do have a heavy cycle, i get more bumps on my head but i don't really notice if i get them for every period i have. anyway it's like on my back, face, and neck, like small acne bumps and every once in a while a flat out huge pimple. im not eating out of the ordinary and this is summer it's hot outside and my mom said heat bumps but i know it's this same old acne ****! i was wondering if there is any moisurizer i could use, i have tried every thing, or do u think i should wash my face with just plain old soap??? idk of what to do. help me when will this end and how am i ever gonna snag a boyfriend looking like this!! uggh please,i need your help. refer me to sites or some sort of acne medication. please i beg you guys...
