In how many days did ur milk supply increased after nursing frequently and taking medicines to boost supply?

have been nursing like mad for 3 days,taking meds,fenugreek and evrythng suggested.. My baby is 20 days old today,still limited supply.. Question for all mommies there.. How long it took to establish a good supply.. How long do i need to be patient..
