Best place to take a three year old to get their ears pierced?

i had my ears peirced when i was only 3 months old to avoid an argument later in life. I had mine done at claires and they where fine for a long time but did eventualy get infected. i would go to a real tatoo/peircing parlor where they use a hollow needle instead of just breaking the tissue.
