A good boy doll for my daughter when her brother is born?

**It is hard to find a cute boy doll for my daughter to "play mommy" when i have my son in 3 months, I would like a doll that she can feed and change the diaper, i have seen baby alive boy doll, i like it, but it is to expensive!.....do you know of a doll like that one but under $100......thank you :-)
