Help? Psycho Kitten???? Please?!?!?

Hi. Um, my Kitten has just turned 3 months. He is a male, and half bengal half tabby (SO gorgeus!!!) He follows me around everywhere. But doesn't cuddle or anything. But that is not the problem. He REPEATEDLY does stuff he shouldn't. For example, when we got him about a month ago he kept jumping on the table. We spray him with a waterbottle and/or tell him no and/or smack him on the bottom and/or shake him. He doesn't become discouraged no matter how much FORCE we use with him, he becomes indignant and just goes upi there faster. The more we get upset with him the more he does to irritate us it seems. ): I really love him but my parents are talking about getting rid of him if he carries on like this in another few months with no sign of improvement. He was taken from him mother at about 4-5 weeks (WAY to young!!!!!) and put into a barbie commercial (I did NOT approve) and then we bought him from the producer of the commercial. We understand that is probably the cause of most of his problems but most cats will GET it when you tell them off enough times (I know they don't have much brains, but seriously I have cats tons of times before and they ALWAYS make the connection "table equals spray or smack equals stay away" whereas this stupid adorable kitten seems to make the connection "Table equals spray or smack equals me want to do it more to irritate mommy!")
