How do i teach my dog to speak?

i see on you tube videos and Google and meta craft Facebook and twitter videos all over the internet and i ask myself how can i do that? its when the owner says can you say i love you? or i want mommy? how can i get my beagle/basset hound dog mix to speak just like those dogs? i can't find it anywhere on the internet and i think it will be pretty cool to show 2 my friends.
