Is trenton ohio a ghetto?

i have visited trenton ohio before and it is crazy as hell up there everybody has guns i seen 2 people get shot up there. i heard its a "ghetto" because of the gang GOON SQUAD. there colors are purple and black and i think white. but there main color is purple. so tell me do u think trenton ohio is a ghetto
