Bongs/Water Pipes: Are they legal in Trenton, New Jersey?

I've been looking online for a nice bong to use new or used, long as its pured and cleaned. Yes i do smoke marijuana and no i don't need any smart a** comments or how smoking marijuana is bad for you and kills your brain cells. i'm well aware of what i'm doing. the sites that i've been to showed that they shipped out here i just want to be safe so i can have more time smoking and less time being paranoid. so please just a simple yes or no will do. thank you and happy smoking to all my fellow smokers.
