Im moving out of Los Angeles and im moving to New York City?

Welcome to the concrete jungle! As for advice...I'd say get used to walking and familiarize yourself with the subway system (and public transportation in general) when you arrive. The majority of New Yorkers pound the pavement regularly. It's a fast paced environment so the people might come across as aggressive compared to the laid back LA vibe you're probably used to. You'll also want to tweak your wardrobe, as the seasons here impact the climate significantly. That being said, LA & NYC are both exciting places. Despite the many differences, they do share many of the same pros and cons. Enjoy the ride!
